BioQuanti officially releases the Human IL-37 ELISA Kit (Cat. No. BQ-E1037). The kit adopts a sandwich assay principle for quantitative detection of IL-37 in human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants.

The detection range is 15.6-1000 pg/mL with sensitivity down to 5.6 pg/mL; intra-assay CV < 6%, inter-assay CV < 9%, and recovery between 88%-104%.
